3D technology is slowly creeping beyond the TV and into more and more home devices.
At the end of the month Nintendo’s 3DS handheld games console will arrive, featuring portable 3D experience without the need for special eyewear.
Also in the next couple of months look out for 3D Home Video Cameras.
Sony is releasing a Double Full HD camcorder capable of recording up to 5 hours of 3D video in full HD resolution which will sell for around 2 thousand dollars.
Amazingly the HDR-TD10 camcorder will also feature a 3D LCD touch screen that allows users to preview footage in 3D without the need for 3D eyewear…however you will need glasses to view the footage on your 3D compatible TV.
The Handycam HDR-TD10 camcorder is available from April 2011 with an RRP of $2090 – Get more information at http://www.sony.com.au/product/hdr-td10e
