If you like the idea of a Tablet device, but are looking for something smaller than a 10inch iPad, Motorola Xoom or similar that you can easily hold in one hand, here’s a couple of options.
Samsung’s Galaxy Tablet was one of the first popular 7inch tablets but quickly disappeared in a market of new 10inch devices…although they can still be bought online cheaply.
One to look out for later this month is Toshiba’s 7inch tablet which running the Android mobile platform is also packed with impressive processing power, however it will only connect to wi-fi not mobile 3G networks.
Additionally, while still sporting a larger 9.4inch display, the Sony Tablet S may qualify as a tablet
that’s more easily held with one hand as it’s been designed with most of the weight on one side of the device.
You’ll find plenty more if you search the web, but with a tablet computer i recommend getting hands-on before you buy.
