When will you have access to the beneifts of the National Broadband Network? With the entire project expected to take a deade to complete it may sound like the promise of super-fast internet is a light at the end of a very long tunnel, however for over 3.5 million homes it will arrive much sooner.
NBN Co recently announced stage 1 of the network which, over the next 3 years, will roll out the firbre optic component of the NBN to almost one-third of homes and businesses in Australia.
When complete 93 percent of the country will have access to the National Broadband network via optical fibre, 4% via fixed-wireless and the remaining 3% by satellite.
