Here’s a quick solution to a common problem experienced by iPhone and iPad owners – a device that won’t turn on.
It may not every happen to you however I’ve recently heard about this problem from a few people – they go to turn their device on, and nothing happens…or it simply freezes while on…and won’t turn off.
The good news is that it’s usually a simple case of resetting the iPhone or iPad. Simply hold down the sleep /wake button on top of the device at the same time and pressing the home button for 10seconds. You should then see the Apple logo appear on the screen and you’ll be back up and running again.
It’s also worth plugging the device into the wall charger, just in case the battery is flat.
