If you’re still browsing the web with Internet Explorer 6, the message from Microsoft couldn’t be clearer – It’s time to move on and update.
This week I caught up with Microsoft’s Chief Security advisor, Stuart Strathdee, who spoke about why some home and business users have chosen not to update their web browser…and why it’s important for them to do so.
It’s interesting to note that while Stuart is keen to push users to update to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 8, as a security advisor he says users should always use the latest version of their preferred web browser.
