Australian company Modom Surf has just released an accessory for surfers that with naturally deter sharks.
The Modom Shark Leash a works by creating an electromagnetic field of 2 meters around the wearer which irritate sharks and stingrays.
Surprisingly there’s no on or off switch and no batteries or recharging. The magnetic technology is built into a simple ankle strap.
