Repairing or replacing parts in a computer isn’t something that everyone is comfortable with…but Dell is now making it easier for its customers to help themselves thanks to augmented reality.
They’ve created a free smartphone app that provides a step-by-step augmented reality experience to help customers replace parts on their Dell systems. This AR Assistant guides users through servicing and repair procedures for more than 100 Dell PCs and servers in seven different languages with more systems still being added.
