Sony’s PlayStation 5 launched in November 2020, but quickly sold out* and since then you’ve either had to pay highly inflated prices to a private seller or just really really lucky to find stock as it landed in short supply.
However in recent weeks with the launch of updated PS5 Models, availability appears to be on the increase and instances of availability through the usual retailers has been more common.
So, if you’re thinking PlayStation 5 for this Christmas check in regularly with your local games retailer.
