If you own an iPhone and you’re stuck somewhere out of mobile and Wi-Fi you can still call for help.

Apple has just introduced Emergency SOS via satellite for iPhone 14 devices,

allowing users to connect with emergency services in areas without cellular or Wi-Fi coverage.

This ground-breaking feature, available in Australia and New Zealand, lets users message emergency services and share their location via satellite using the Find My app.

Emergency SOS via satellite has already saved lives in 12 countries, offering  critical assistance during emergencies and is free for two years upon activation on any iPhone 14 device.
