Microsoft has released a new safety toolkit designed to help parents and caregivers protect children from online risks associated with gaming.
The toolkit includes practical advice for identifying common safety risks and enhancing safety, as well as an overview of the tools and controls available on Xbox to manage content and players.
This new toolkit was developed with input from government and organizations such as the eSafety Commissioner and the Interactive Gaming and Entertainment Association.
The Xbox Transparency Report released last year outlined efforts to protect players and moderate content on its platform, and the new toolkit complements this by providing clear guidance for parents and caregivers.
