What’s your web browser of choice?  Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera?  Well if it’s Internet Explorer you’re no longer with the majority according to stats from Netmarketshare.com.

This internet technologies statistics website reports that while Internet Explorer started out on top at the start of of 2016 being used on more than 40 percent of desktop computers, by December usage had fallen to 20 percent and the Chrome browser lead the way on 56 percent.

It’s not really a surprising result for Google’s browser, however it’s been suggested by other sources that Internet Explorer lost it’s top raking back in 2011.
