Well the future of technical support is changing. A product called GoToAssist which has traditionally been used to solve computer issues remotely will soon help experts solve customers with almost any gadget.
The new SeeIt video streaming feature in GoToAssist for android devices allows a customer to show a problem to a technician using the camera built into their device…great to identify when you’ve plugged something in where it shouldn’t be.
Ultimately when more technical professionals use this new technology it will be of great benefit to the end user that needs help.
