Not everyone can drive and F1 Car or race a V8…even in the virtual world these vehicles can be hard to master. (See games like Forza 3 or F1 2011)
Luckily there are still racing games around that anyone can play and the latest in the Mario Kart series from Nintendo is no exception.
Mario Kart 7 on the Nintendo 3DS offers more of the fun racing action we’ve seen since the first Mario Kart in 1992, but now for the first time in 3D.
Along with the extra dimension playeres now also have the ability to customise Karts, use new powerups and glide though the air and underwater in Mario Kart 7 and with local and online multi player modes you’ll always have someone to race.
I’m also really impressed with the ‘first person’ perspective that you can now play in, with an over the steering wheel view, tilting the 3DS left or right to steer the vehicle.
