Password theft a warning for everyone

The Cyber criminal population is in crisis…according to research from Trend Micro they are making less money for selling stolen information then they were just a few years ago…but their solution is simple….just steal more.

This is reflected in the recent report of a Russian cyber gang that stole billions of passwords from both commercial websites and consumers.

Now you may think that unless they steal your credit card details you’re safe but Trend Micro warns that cyber thieves are very good as using small pieces of stolen information to build up a profile that could eventually help them steal something even more important…your identity.
