LG has been showing off a levitating audio speaker.
Among the latest innovations being presented at the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas last week was an audio speaker that hovers mid-air.
This futuristic PJ9 Levitating speaker from LG really is the latest in portable speaker technology, using powerful electromagnets to ensure it hovers above the special levitation station, untouched by any other surface or wires.
When PJ9’s battery starts to run low it gently lowers itself to the levitation station, recharges and lifts back up to its hovering position again…with no interruption to the music and no human interaction required.
