What does the future of Apple’s iPhone look like?
While we can probably only expect minor changes in any iPhone releases this year, Apple has reportedly developed, and been testing, foldable screens.
At the moment there doesn’t appear to be any solid plans to develop a folding iPhone but given the success of Samsung’s Flip and Fold smartphones in the last year, perhaps they will look to challenge them in this space.
Why a folding screen? One of the advantages of a phone with a folding screen is the ability to offer an extra large screen without creating an extra large phone.
Apart from Samsung, you’ll also find foldable phones from Motorola and Huawei available right now but prices are still quite high for this type of phone.
