Samsung’s 2026 TV Line-up: AI Brains Meet Beauty

Samsung has just pulled the curtain back on its full 2026 TV and Audio range for Australia, featuring Micro RGB, OLED, Neo QLED, and Lifestyle TVs, as well as mainstream Mini LED and UHD TVs.

Celebrating 20 years as the top global the TV brand, the tech giant is leaning hard into AI along side the latest screen tech to make our living rooms smarter, sleeker,  great for viewing from any angle and glare fee..

If you’ve been waiting for a reason to upgrade there’s a breakdown of what’s hitting Aussie shelves.

Vision AI Companion

The biggest buzzword this year is the Vision AI Companion. Instead of a basic menu, Samsung is using AI (powered by the likes of Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity) to turn the TV into a household hub.

It’s designed to handle natural conversations, so you can ask it what to watch, what to eat, or even get visualised answers to questions. It’s available across the entire 2026 range (and even some select 2025 models), bringing features like:

AI Upscaling Pro: Turning old, grainy footage into crisp 4K or 8K.

AI Soccer Mode Pro: Smooths out ball movement and boosts stadium noise so you feel like you’re at the MCG.

AI Sound Controller Pro: Adjusts dialogue and background music in real-time so you never miss a whispered line.

Screens for Every Space

Samsung is doubling down on variety this year, with 50% more ultra-large displays and a massive expansion of their Glare-Free technology—a godsend for those of us with bright, sun-drenched Aussie lounge rooms.

Micro RGB: The New Gold Standard

Moving beyond traditional LED, the R95H and R85H Micro RGB series (55 to 115 inches) uses tiny red, green, and blue LEDs to create incredibly precise colours. They feature the “Infinity Air Design,” making the TV look like it’s floating, and are Wireless One Connect ready to keep those messy cables out of sight.

OLED: Deep Blacks, No Reflections

I have to admit that I’ve always loved OLED screens (Especially for movies) but they always functioned better in darker rooms.  That’s no longer the case. The OLED range (S95H, S90H, S85H) has been beefed up for 2026. The high-end models now feature the Glare-Free tech that was previously only on flagship units. Gamers also get a win with the Ultimate Gaming Pack, supporting 165Hz refresh rates for buttery-smooth play.

The Frame: More Art, Less Tech

The Frame continues to be the choice for people who hate the look of a “black box” on the wall. The new Frame Pro is just 24.9mm deep and offers Neo QLED picture quality. It also gives you access to over 5,000 artworks, essentially turning your TV into a gallery when you aren’t bingeing Netflix.

Audio: The Music Studio Series looks just right in your home

Music Studio 5

For a fully immersive TV experience, I recommend dialing up your sound setup.
Samsung’s new Music Studio 7 and 5 wireless speakers are designed to look like high-end furniture rather than tech gadgets.

Music Studio 7: Offers 3.1.1-channel sound with Dolby Atmos.

Q-Symphony: You can now connect up to five compatible speakers to your TV simultaneously for a massive wall of sound.

More to watch too!

Samsung is also making a push with Samsung TV Plus, their free streaming service that now has over 100 million users globally. Plus, in a move that will please Android users, Google Cast is now supported on select models, along with Google Photos, so you can use your 100-inch screen as the world’s biggest digital photo frame.

So how about that new TV?

Whether you’re a hardcore gamer, a sports fanatic, or someone who just wants a TV that looks like a painting, Samsung’s 2026 line-up has a very specific (and very smart) answer for you.Samsung’s 2026 range is available now via Samsung.com/au and major Australian retailers.
