If you’re a Telstra mobile customer, your activity on its mobile network is now 100 percent certified carbon neutral.
This move to combat climate change comes as part of the company’s ambitious targets to reduce carbon emissions related to SIM cards and energy used to power the network.
The initiative will not pass on any additional cost to users, however Telstra does allow customers to use their Telstra Plus points to support accredited climate projects that reduce, avoid, or remove emissions from the atmosphere.
This green initiative covers consumer, Small Business and Enterprise mobile plans and mobile broadband plans from Telstra.
