A company in the US has just released a computer mouse that’s controlled entirely by your tongue.
Developed by Augmental, the MouthPad is designed to give people with mobility challenges a hands-free way to use computers and smartphones, offering an accessible alternative to invasive brain implants.
Custom-made to fit over your upper teeth like a slim dental retainer, it works via a pressure-sensitive trackpad resting against the roof of your mouth. By combining tongue gestures with head tracking, you can easily move a cursor, click, swipe, and trigger keyboard shortcuts.
