Gone are the days of slumping back in a lounge chair to play the latest Video Game. In fact looking at some of the latest releases it seems that video games and fitness go hand in hand.<\/p>\n

Wii Sports<\/a> from Nintendo may have helped to kick off this new fitness revolution in video games, but you can now get a lot more active in front of your TV while still having fun.<\/p>\n

The popular dancing for fitness program Zumba is now a video game<\/a> where players movements are tracked as they follow the instructor on screen. Other games to checkout to get players moving include Sports Champions<\/a> on Playstation 3, Kinect Sports<\/a> on XBox 360…or even The Michael Jackson experience <\/a>game.<\/p>\n
