If you spend most of your day in front of a computer, then it\u2019s important to take a break…afterall out bodies weren\u2019t exactly designed for sitting hunched over a keyboard and mouse staring at a computer screen all day.<\/p>\n

Now while it\u2019s all very well to recommend breaks, here\u2019s a free program for your computer that will remind you take a few moments out when needed.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s called Work Rav<\/a>e, and it will frequenly alert you to take micro-pauses and rest breaks from your computer, even if it\u2019s just to get up and walk around for a few minutes and focus your eyes on something other than a screen.<\/p>\n
