\"autoruns\"<\/a>How long does it take for your computer to boot up? \u00a030seconds, a minute? or maybe you go and make a coffee while you wait.<\/p>\n

If your computer is in good health and not too old it should take around 90seconds to start up (hopefully much quicker) but if you don\u2019t feel like running a stopwatch here\u2019s a free program to time it for you.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s called BootRacer<\/a> and every time you start up your computer it records exactly how long it takes from the time you hit the power button until windows is ready to use.<\/p>\n

Used in conjunction with a PC optimising program BootRacer will let you know if your computer is getting faster with any changes made to the system.<\/p>\n
