Scientist are however working on an alternative in the form of a water based organic battery. \u00a0\u00a0This technology won\u2019t result in toxic landfill plus batteries based on the organic compound would actually last 5 times longer, be cheaper and be scaleable to hold massive amounts of power to store electricity from solar and wind farms.<\/p>\n
