According to a recent report \u00a0by Microsoft <\/a>the average Australian spends 17.5 hours a week online, has 21 Apps on their smartphone and has 107 facebook friends.<\/p>\n

So we\u2019re well connected and constantly plugged in but the good news is that technology isn\u2019t bogging us down.<\/p>\n

The life on demand report<\/a> revealed that 78 percent of Australians feel that technology actually increases their productivity and 76 percent use productivity apps to help them stay organised.<\/p>\n
