From there, here&#8217;s what you can do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn Guided Access on or off<\/li>\n<li>Set a passcode that controls the use of Guided Access and prevents someone from leaving an active session<\/li>\n<li>Set whether the device can go to sleep during a session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"\">\n<h2>Start a Guided Access session<\/h2>\n<p>To start a Guided Access session, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the app you want to use.<\/li>\n<li>Triple-click the Home\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust settings for the session, and then tap Start.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"\">\n<h2>Control apps, screen sensitivity, and motion sensitivity<\/h2>\n<p>You can use Guided Access to turn off app controls, parts of the screen, and motion sensing. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>To disable app controls and areas of the app screen, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Circle any part of the screen you want to disable.<\/li>\n<li>Use the handles to adjust the area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To ignore all screen touches, turn off Touch.<\/p>\n<p>To keep your iOS device from switching from portrait to landscape or from responding to any other motions, turn off Motion.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"\">\n<h2>End a Guided Access session<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re using <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/kb\/HT201371\">Touch ID<\/a> on your iOS device, you can use it to end a Guided Access session. First, go to Settings &gt; General &gt; Accessibility &gt; Guided Access &gt; Passcode Settings and turn on Touch ID.
