Research has shown that if you stare at a screen all day and into the evening, it can impact on your quality of sleep and disrupt your body\u2019s natural rhythms. For these reasons, blue light filters are incredibly important.<\/span><\/p>\n

Many smartphones now have a blue light filter mode built in…but even if yours don\u2019t you can achieve the same effect by downloading an app.<\/span><\/p>\n

On a desktop device your monitor may also have a low blue light mode or in Windows you can enable \u201cNight Light<\/a>\u201d\u00a0 and on Mac OS there\u2019s a feature called \u201cNight Shift<\/a>\u201d to lower blue light output.<\/span><\/p>\n
