\n<\/span>According to a new report from Trend Micro, three out of four Australians had their data exposed on the Dark Web, with email being the most common data type stolen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The report also shows that cyber threats where on the increase in 2022 with Trend Micro blocked more than 140 billion threats worldwide…up 55 percent over the previous year.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s worth noting that anything online can be hacked, even smart TVs. They can let hackers access your home network.<\/span><\/p>\n

The trend micro report also reminds people to follow the basic rules of cybersecurity, as many people still click on harmful links. <\/span>
\n<\/span>In Australia, Trend Micro blocked over 55 million clicks on bad links in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n
