Two thirds of Australia’s landmass has NO mobile coverage.
That’s quite an incredible fact given that a third of the nation’s population lives outside of metro cities.
To bring awareness to this issue and ways to solve connectivity problems, the Regional Tech Hub along with the Minister for Communications and the National Farmers Federations has declared November “Connectivity Month”.
For those working in regional, rural and remote areas the Regional Tech Hub is a valuable, free resource to help discover and solve internet and phone connectivity issues…receiving almost 100 thousand requests for help nationally since December 2020.
