As the bulk of internet traffic goes mobile, any business in the on-line space will need to be mobile friendly and this includes the government.
The recently announced Australian public service mobile roadmap will see government agencies embrace mobile technology to deliver services across devices such as smartphones and tablets.
The Roadmap with support the federal government’s Digital First policy that requires key services to be available online by the end of 2017 with the view to engaging with 80 percent of Australians online by 2020.
