If you’re lucky enough to unwrap a new smartphone or tablet device on Christmas day this year it’s important to ensure that your new gadget is protected from online threats. Internet security company Trend Micro recently released its predictions for 2014 that suggest a substantial rise in threats against mobile devices over the next year, especially those running on the Android platform.
I spoke with Greg Boyle from Trend Micro Australia about the predictions and also picked up a few general safety tips for all mobile device users. Listen below.
